Indie Overlook Returns for 2019!

It’s a new year and with it Indie Overlook’s hiatus comes to an end! There isn’t a schedule in place, but updates will be far more frequent than they have been. I’ll also be covering more in the way of news, such as announcements for games still in development or major updates for existing indie games. There will also be a list of the Top 10 Indie Games of 2018 at some point this month, though there is one game in particular I want to finish beforehand as it will almost certainly be very high up on that list.

In other news, I have at long last finished the article for Three Ghostly Roses and you can find it Right Here. I still also plan to redesign parts of Indie Overlook for the sake of adding content that is mostly or entirely in video format alongside the existing content, but this has become a long-term goal as I currently want to focus on getting back to updating more frequently.

Though things have been quiet over here, there has been plenty of new content on YouTube. Over the course of 2018 I’ve uploaded multiple Gaming Grab Bag streams, a whole bunch of Mega Man Maker levels, full Let’s Plays with commentary of several games like Aggelos and Iconoclasts, boss fight videos without commentary for games like La-Mulana 2 and Hollow Knight, and a bunch of other things too! If you haven’t checked it out already, all of that can be found over at: https://www.youtube.com/user/Seeric/

As for streaming, I went through all 10 Mega Man games in the classic series to welcome in 2018 and, though they’re not indie games, I’m continuing the tradition with the Mega Man X series over the course of the next week or so this year! After that, I’ll be finishing up my stream of Lucah: Born of a Dream and attempt a run of DUSK on the highest difficulty (or the second highest depending on just how well that ends up going). All of this will be happening over on my Twitch channel: https://www.twitch.tv/seeric/

Finally, I’m still active on Twitter, so following me over there is currently the best way to find out about when any of my streams go live or about any news not found here. If you want to contact me for any reason, messaging me on Twitter (or YouTube) is currently the best way to do it. You can find me on Twitter over here: https://twitter.com/Seeric_IO
